Fantastic work in 5B this week! Due to our topic theme of Pole to Pole where the class have been looking into explorers, the children learnt about the importance of shelters. Specifically, what makes an effective shelter such as a strong frame using triangulation. This culminated in the children working collaboratively to form their own shelter prototype, which will be the basis for their shelter they make in the school forest next week!
